A glass enclosed dining area overlooks the ocean and leads directly onto the deck. Two bedrooms (1 - King and 1 - Queen) and a full bath complete this floor. The ground level accommodation has a private entrance directly off the driveway and is also connected to the upstairs level by interior spiral staircase. There are two comfortable bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 w/Twin beds) and a full bath on this level. A large common living area with a Queen sized sofa sleeper, a 3/4 sized daybed plus other furniture making for a perfect TV, gaming and sleeping room. The laundry room is also on this level.
