Rules and Regulations for Pets at the Beach

• Dogs are allowed on all Oak Island and Caswell Beaches during any time of the day.



• All dogs must be on a leash, under the watchful eye and command of the owner.



• Please pick up after your pet, pet disposal bags are provided at each beach access point.



• If you lose your pet or find a lost pet, please call Oak Island Town Hall at 910.278.5011 or the Oak Island Police Department at 910.278.5595.
